We recently downsized and I was searching for the right size table for a smaller kitchen that would fit in front of a window. This 40" drop-leaf table was just what I wanted! It was in perfect hape and not difficult to assemble. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family.

Had some difficulty with one of the legs. Screw was stripped, but my son managed to finally put it in solidly and I am really very happy with this table. It fits beautifully in my small apartment. I would definitely recommend this produt to anyone moving into a small kitchen area.

I love this table! It is perfect in our very very small kitchen. The leaves stay up nicely. Didn't have any trouble assembling because we read warnings in previous reviews about assembly. I would have given this product five stars except that the finish did NOT cover one leaf entirely. Will have to finish this leaf ourselves. This defect was mentioned by other reviewers. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others.
