I've never purchased a Duvet cover before, but can tell you the color and softness of the fabric on this one is very very nice. My only difficulty was putting the duvet over the comforter by myself. Make sure you have a helper (sigh)... it will make the process much faster and simplier!

I was happily surprised by this product...after all the scathing remarks I was keeping my expectations low, but the duvet cover is the perfect purple and fit my queen down-comforter nicely! The quality is what I paid for...the material is thin but perfect for Portland weather. Overall I would recommend this cover if you want an inexpensive splash of color for your room!

I was initially very pleased with this purchase as the duvet is very soft and does not feel cheap. However, within 1 month of using it (slept with it maybe a total of 10-15 times), 2 of the 5 buttons that seal the comforter within the duvet have popped off. Until I can refasten the buttons, my comforter is constantly partially coming out of the duvet.
