I have this in my mud room to clean up after the kitty litter that gets tracked all over the floor. JUST BECAREFUL IF YOU HAVE CATS!!! DO NOT LEAVE IT ON AUTO. LEAVE IT IN THE OFF POSITION WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED USING IT!!! BECAUSE TAILS CAN EASY GET SUCKED UP. We believe that is what happened to my cat's tail and resulted in stitches. However, I do love it and I want to buy another one for the breakfast bar area where my 5 and 8 year old eat and leave tons of crumbs and food on the floor. I just won't ever leave it on auto.

I have a yellow lab who sheds like crazy. I saw a similar vacuum at my hair salon, and wanted to find one for my home, which is all hardwood. The Eye-Vac EVPRO is small and quite light. I'm able to sweep dog hair, etc., right up to the vac -- no more dust pan! The vac also cleans my broom, so no more having to manually remove the dog hair from my broom. I plan on buying a couple more Eye-Vacs for other parts of my home. It has been well worth the investment.
