This is a really well built sofa bed. It's easy to collapse and is very comfortable to sleep on for a night or two.

The futon is not a bad deal. It came in one large box, the only thing you had to assemble were the legs, which were in a neat hide-away pocket on the bottom.

I've only slept on the futon for a few hours and have to say it's not the most comfortable thing, but it's not terrible. It sits low to the ground which could be a good or bad thing. It's probably 6-8 inches from the floor. Sitting on it is pretty comfortable and the ease of folding it out is great too.

Be careful when opening the box because there is little padding on it. You can easily slice it.

It is faux leather but feels soft and cushy. The pull down tray is very nice and convenient too. It's perfect for what I need it for, guest room seating and sleeping.

The futon is kind of awesome. It was for my husband "man cave." It is super comfortable for the most part. It is made of a pleather like material which is super easy to clean. The pull down cup holder is nice, but you can tell it was made from cheap material. The lay-down part is good so far. There are like three different angles you put it in.
Just a heads up, it is LOW. It like only 5 inchs off the ground if that. Also, the middle seat is already starting to sag a little. This is not the best for a high traffic couch.
Great for snuggling, watching TV and playing video games.
