I had a mishap with a ladder in my bathtub. So, how do you fix a hole in a tub rather than replace it? Sand down to bare fiberglass, remove all dust, cut your new fiberglass cloth and rebuild the bottom of the tub with cloth and resin, sand smooth so you can't tell it was repaired, then paint with this epoxy. Then apply finishing coats.
I did all this, and got a better than new finish out of it. The bottom of the tub looked so good, I had to extend the paint in this kit all the way up the interior of the tub to make it blend in. (wait for first coat to dry, sand entire tub, clean and repeat).
A little color matching tint in this kit would make matching colors possible and increase the versatility of this very useful product immensely.
One serious plus: If you put this paint in the freezer it lasts a long time. I had put it in the deep freeze and forgotten about it. 3 months later when I broke the drain in my masterbath shower, (don't ask) I did a similar repair and the paint was not only still good, I had more left over to put back into the deep freeze! I had also done 3 coats on each of these surfaces, so I am confident in telling you that there's enough for any standard tub/shower repair included in the kit. Just be prepared for your tub to be whiter than it ever was before.
I have a problem though: I'm wondering what else I can paint to use up what's left.
Regarding earlier complaints about brush bristles falling out: The kit I got had a sponge roller supplied with a flimsy plastic pan of comparable size. It was sufficient for the purpose. On the second use of the brush, (second project - it was fine for the first tub repair), the rounded tip fell off and I had to replace it. I had frozen the brush, pan, and sealed paint can - not just the paint. The paint pan worked well for the second project as well.
If the manufacturer is listening, it would be a great idea to make a lid to go on that roller pan - one in which you could pour your excess paint, seal and freeze it in. Then the customer would not have to freeze both that large can and the paint pan in between coats. (you need to wait a significant amount of time between coats, so you freeze the epoxy to keep it from hardening. Make sure you have some large ziplock bags to put them in and room in your freezer.)
Regarding spraying this stuff. Yes, if you had the ability to take the tub out and put it in a paint room with adequate ventillation and no worries about overspray that would be great. However, you don't want this stuff to go aerosol in your bathroom - on your walls, mirror, etc - unless you just like the white speckel look. Stick to the foam roller - it came out quite smooth and glossy that way for me.

With a very low investment and a light handy man job now i have a new bathroom. I just recommend to use a better brush and make sure to get a good ventilation. The secret is to let the paint dry at least one week. After one month I'm ver pleasant with the result.
